Your first visit with the doctors will be scheduled and during that visit you will receive a full evaluation and personalized treatment plan. You will receive a body composition analysis and photos will be taken for baseline. The doctor will review your lab values or order them for you haven't had the recommended ones within the last few months. You may be prescribed medications as part of your treatment plan which can commence on that same day if you like.

As part of your treatment plan, you may have weekly 10-15 minute nurse visits for tracking your body fat and muscle mass. We use sate-of- the-art impedance technology to measure your body composition. If we are providing your medications, then you will receive semaglutide and B12MIC shots during these weekly visits. You may schedule 20 minute body contouring sessions up to two a week at a time convenient for you or any other service in our office for 20% off the regular price.

Doctor visits are typically 15 minutes long and weekly nurse visits can take as little as 5 minutes. Body contouring treatment visits are 30 minutes long. And if you need us to draw your labs, that can take 10-15 minutes

The most common side effect of all GLP1 medications are nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and constipation. These were mild-to-moderate in severity, were transient, and resolved without having to stop use of the medication. I see this only when we start therapy or increase the dose. If you don't drinking enough water, then you can expect to become constipated on these medications. Very rare events were reported involving the gal bladder and Pancreas. Finally there is concern of risk for Thyroid Medullary Cancer from rodent studies.

Everybody who has enrolled in this program has lost weight. If you are not loosing weight on semaglutide, after a month, we may need to increase your dose or optimize your hormones or supplements.

You will eat what your normally eat and eat as much as you want of it. However, I recommend you eat your nutrition (colorful vegetables) first before the carbs or protein, because we want to get in your nutrition dense foods first.

While on the program receiving shots weekly, you commonly continue the same level of exercise as you're accustomed to from before. Of course you should remain active, but do not need to exercise any more than you are already doing in order to lose weight on this program.
